Requirements
- Have 5–8 years of experience in LOS/LMS implementation and support.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the lending lifecycle, loan processing, credit workflows, and banking operations.
- Banking or financial services project experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of system integration, APIs, SQL, or reporting tools is a plus.
- English language proficiency: B1.
Responsibilities
- Participate in implementation and support of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS).
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Support system configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business users during implementation phases.
- Assist in process improvement and optimisation of lending workflows.
- Support integration activities with core banking systems, APIs, and third-party applications.
- Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and user support materials.
