Job Details

Hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Have a current, unrestricted license to practice medicine.
Hold active board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
Have at least 5 years of clinical practice experience post-residency.
Hold active medical licenses in at least one of CA, TX, or FL, plus 5 additional state licenses.
Be willing to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
Be available to work weekends and assigned holidays as part of the regular schedule.
Understand regulatory and documentation requirements for physician collaboration and supervision of Advanced Practice Providers.
Be able to independently manage a high volume of patient interactions through video and chat.
Be comfortable using telehealth platforms and EMR systems, including evolving AI-driven tools and digital platforms.
Have reliable high-speed internet access.

Conduct virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment planning for patients across ages and backgrounds.
Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions.
Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Handle referrals, prior authorizations, scheduling, and follow-up outreach.
Document tasks and communications in the electronic medical record.
Meet patient satisfaction, documentation, response-time, clinical-quality, and productivity standards.
Serve as a collaborating physician for assigned Nurse Practitioners through oversight, chart review, consultation, and mentorship.
