Primary Therapist II: at least 2 years; Primary Therapist III: at least 3 years post-licensure experience

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Obtain and maintain an independent mental health license required by the state to practice individual therapy.
  • Therapist II: at least 2 years carrying a significant individual and/or family caseload, with documented success treating common diagnoses and expected comorbidities.
  • Therapist III: at least 3 years of post-licensure experience working with mood, anxiety, eating disorder, and/or trauma-related disorders.
  • Therapist III: some experience supervising other clinicians and success treating more complex cases.
  • Experience facilitating individual and family therapy.
  • Flexibility to work across group assignments, lines of service, and age groups.
  • Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Skill navigating video interactions.
  • Familiarity with, or ability to quickly learn, a video meeting platform, EMHR, and other computer programs.
  • Work 40 hours per week, including 24 patient-facing hours and 16 administrative hours.
  • Work three evenings per week in addition to daytime hours, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy for adults, children, and adolescents.
  • Complete treatment plans, progress notes, group notes, aftercare plans, and discharge summaries.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial, self-harm, and suicide assessments.
  • Create individualized treatment plans with measurable goals in collaboration with treatment team members.
  • Create treatment agreements, support plans, or behavior plans as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with patients’ outpatient community providers.
  • Attend treatment team meetings and rounds to coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide training and guidance to less experienced teammates when needed.
