Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance/testing, focused on mobile app testing.
- Have experience with test automation tools and frameworks, including implementing a process from scratch.
- Understand iOS and Android platforms, their development environments, and debugging tools.
- Be proficient in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Have experience with manual testing, defect logging, and participating in Agile ceremonies.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be able to work on Eastern time and during core office hours from 10 AM to 3 PM EST.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing on iOS and Android mobile applications to identify defects and verify quality.
- Create test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on user experience, functionality, and performance.
- Conduct regression testing to verify bug fixes and check for new issues.
- Work with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve testing issues.
- Maintain and improve QA processes and testing procedures.
- Execute test cases and report bugs using tools such as Jira, TestRail, Notion, and Slack.
