Job Details

Experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst across the full software project cycle.
Experience gathering and analyzing requirements.
Experience with functional documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and serving as a link between Business, Development, QA, and Operations.
Experience analyzing and tracking incidents and evolutionary requirements.
Ability to use SQL to query and validate data.
Experience using Jira and Confluence.
Ability to analyze problems, identify causes, and determine the appropriate resolution or escalation path.
Experience communicating progress, presenting, and facilitating training sessions.
Availability to work as a contractor for 2 to 4 months.
Reside in Chile, Peru, or Colombia and be available to work fully remotely.

Participate in the full project cycle, from requirements gathering and analysis through testing and implementation.
Gather and specify requirements by identifying user and business needs and translating them into functional definitions for development teams.
Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
Perform initial functional diagnosis of tickets and incidents, identifying functional, data, integration, or application issues.
Use SQL to validate data and support incident analysis.
Document analyses and solutions, or escalate issues to the appropriate team.
Track assigned tickets through resolution and closure, and help analyze recurring incidents.
Coordinate with Business, Development, QA, and Operations to align objectives.
Use Jira to manage and track requirements and incidents, and Confluence for functional documentation.
