Requirements
- Have 3+ years of product engineering experience.
- Bring a strong background in full-stack software engineering.
- Have experience with systems architecture and a particular strength in back-end engineering.
- Be fluent in English; French is not required.
- Experience with traditional machine learning, LLMs, or ML DevOps is a plus.
- Be product-minded and interested in building solutions that are used and have an impact.
- Be self-directed and pragmatic.
- Be collaborative and enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching.
Responsibilities
- Build capabilities for AI agents and tooling that enables Ops users to create, evolve, monitor, and evaluate agents.
- Integrate AI agents into internal tools, including interfaces for monitoring business situations and reviewing agent reasoning and actions.
- Enable non-technical users to configure prompts and tools, test agents, work with datasets, replay runs, and evaluate results.
- Connect agents to internal business data, external servers, and external web dashboards without APIs.
- Develop testing, stateful evaluation, progressive rollout, human-in-the-loop validation, and fine-grained permissions and limits.
- Scale the system to support tens of thousands of automated tasks daily.
- Influence system architecture and code quality.
- Mentor engineers, contribute to product and engineering culture, and participate in hiring.
