Requirements
- Previous virtual assistant experience supporting online course creators, digital educators, coaches, therapists, or digital media businesses.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Canva, Squarespace, and ConvertKit (Kit).
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and Google Workspace.
- Exposure to online course platforms such as Circle.so, Kajabi, Thinkific, or Teachable.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or Meta Business Suite is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple digital assets and software platforms simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfort following established workflows and providing proactive project updates.
Responsibilities
- Build, organize, and format online course modules, lessons, and learning paths using client-provided assets.
- Maintain Squarespace website pages, landing pages, forms, and buttons, and support integrations with course and marketing systems.
- Prepare, format, and schedule weekly newsletters and automated email sequences through ConvertKit (Kit), and manage subscriber lists and links.
- Implement and monitor marketing funnels, opt-in forms, and promotional campaigns, and assist with basic Meta Ads setup and tracking.
- Format and schedule daily Reels, posts, and visual assets on Instagram and Facebook.
- Check forms, emails, course navigation, and sales funnels for technical issues, broken links, and formatting errors before launch.
