Requirements
- Maintain an active Secret Federal or DoD security clearance.
- Have at least 2 years of professional experience.
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Have experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
- Have experience working in an Agile environment.
- Have knowledge of ServiceNow modules and capabilities, including GRC, SPM, ITSM, App Engine, and Scoped Apps.
- Bring technology consulting experience, including defining requirements, leading client meetings, facilitating UAT, and conducting user training.
- Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification is preferred.
- ServiceNow CSA, CIS, or CAD certification is preferred.
- Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow solutions is a plus.
- Knowledge of low-code and no-code platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, UiPath, Databricks, Salesforce, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
- Understanding of financial operations, financial innovation, internal controls, and risk management, particularly in a federal environment, is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients, users, and stakeholders to identify and document functional requirements.
- Translate requirements into actionable ServiceNow solutions and functional and technical designs.
- Capture current-state processes and pain points and help design future-state processes.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow development teams to design, configure, implement, administer, and enhance applications.
- Maintain stakeholder communication throughout project and development lifecycles.
- Build process maps, design documents, communications, and other project documentation.
- Support functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and implementation activities.
- Assess existing ServiceNow environments and recommend improvements.
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
- Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, capabilities, and industry trends.
