Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, with a focus on Identity & Access Management.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a comparable Agile leadership role.
- 2+ years of hands-on Atlassian Jira experience, including boards, workflows, dashboards, reporting, JQL, and automation rules.
- Practical knowledge of information security, compliance, risk management, security solutions, governance, policies, and standards.
- Experience coaching and mentoring teams in Scrum and Agile principles and practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and meeting facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Understanding of project planning concepts, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
- General understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices.
- Certified ScrumMaster certification is required.
- Experience with distributed or remote Agile teams is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assess information security risks in accordance with internal policies and external security best practices.
- Support the protection of information and IT assets through security testing, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Implement cybersecurity technologies and provide day-to-day information security support.
- Support Identity & Access Management activities and broader cybersecurity initiatives.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote Scrum values, Agile principles, self-organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized and refined product backlog, and track Agile metrics.
- Support Jira board configuration, workflows, backlog management, dashboards, reporting, JQL, and automation.
- Coach teams on Scrum and Agile practices and mentor team members on Jira usage.
- Support project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource planning; track and escalate project risks and issues.
- Prepare project status updates and support change management and stakeholder communication.
