Requirements
- Have 2+ years of professional experience in private equity, growth equity, private credit, corporate development, or a closely related investment environment.
- Bring deep, hands-on PowerPoint expertise, including native charts, tables, corporate templates, investment presentations, and detailed formatting.
- Have practical experience creating or working with IC papers, board materials, portfolio updates, investment decks, or comparable professional presentations.
- Be able to define the contents of a correct investment presentation and translate that expertise into objective evaluation criteria.
- Create clear, unambiguous task briefs and rubrics independently.
- Demonstrate strong written communication skills and attention to detail, accuracy, consistency, and presentation quality.
- Be curious about artificial intelligence and willing to learn AI evaluation and data concepts.
- Work independently in a remote environment and manage structured tasks with limited supervision.
- Create task briefs and evaluation rubrics without using AI tools for drafting, rewriting, or polishing.
- Use only materials authorized for sharing, with confidential employer or client information removed.
- Complete the onboarding walkthrough and task-based evaluation process.
Responsibilities
- Create realistic PowerPoint tasks based on experience in private equity, growth equity, private credit, or corporate development.
- Build task scenarios involving presentations from source documents, corporate templates, rolling decks forward, and precise edits.
- Complete each task to establish an accurate expected outcome for benchmarking.
- Develop precise yes-or-no criteria for consistently evaluating AI-generated outputs.
- Provide human-authored, appropriately anonymized source files and supporting materials.
- Apply investment workflow knowledge and professional judgment to assess deliverable quality.
- Participate in onboarding and task walkthroughs, complete assignments in the designated workspace, and respond to revision requests.
- Contribute to evaluation of AI performance in complex investment and advisory workflows.
