Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in private equity, growth equity, private credit or corporate development.
- Have deep hands-on PowerPoint experience, including native charts, tables and corporate templates.
- Be able to define a correct deck precisely enough for someone else to grade.
- Write tasks yourself without AI drafting, rewriting or polishing.
- Use human-authored input materials.
- Use only materials you are authorized to share, with confidential employer or client information removed.
- Create an original task in about 45 minutes.
- Submit the brief, required input files, a written expected result and at least five binary rubric checks, each with one skill tag.
Responsibilities
- Write realistic PowerPoint tasks based on investment and portfolio work.
- Build tasks involving decks from source documents, corporate templates, rolling decks forward and precise edits.
- Work through each task to establish a clear, correct answer.
- Write a yes-or-no checklist precise enough for an AI grader to assess attempts.
- Create an original task brief, provide the required input files and write the expected result.
- Submit at least five binary rubric checks, each with one skill tag.
- Submit the task through the account for automated screening and team review.
- Make requested revisions through the account.
