Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in presentation services, visual/graphics teams, or presentation/deck production supporting banking, consulting, advisory, or similar professional-services teams.
- Bring deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft PowerPoint, including native charts, tables, formatting, layouts, and corporate templates.
- Understand the standards and workflows involved in producing professional finance or advisory presentations.
- Be able to define correct presentation outputs and translate that knowledge into objective, measurable evaluation criteria.
- Have clear and precise written communication skills for creating unambiguous task briefs and rubrics.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy, consistency, formatting, and visual quality.
- Have curiosity about artificial intelligence and willingness to learn concepts related to AI and data evaluation.
- Be able to work independently and manage structured assignments in a fully remote environment.
- Be willing to produce task briefs and rubrics without AI-assisted drafting, rewriting, or polishing.
- Use only materials authorized for sharing and remove confidential employer or client information from submitted materials.
- Complete the onboarding and task-based evaluation process.
Responsibilities
- Create realistic PowerPoint tasks based on professional presentation-production experience, including building decks from source documents, completing corporate templates, rolling presentations forward, and making precise edits.
- Complete each task to establish a clear, accurate, and reproducible expected result.
- Develop detailed yes-or-no evaluation criteria for an AI grader.
- Provide human-authored source files and input materials suitable for completing each task.
- Define professional standards for correct, polished, and compliant presentation deliverables.
- Create task briefs and rubrics without using AI tools for drafting, rewriting, or polishing.
- Participate in the onboarding walkthrough, complete the required task in the designated workspace, and respond to revision requests where applicable.
- Contribute specialist knowledge to the evaluation of AI performance in finance and advisory presentation-production workflows.
