Requirements
- Have 6 or more years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a deep functional focus on Salesforce Billing.
- Have experience designing complex integrations between billing applications and downstream ERP or financial systems.
- Understand the full quote-to-cash lifecycle, subscription management, and financial reconciliation.
- Have experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.
- Have experience working with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience integrating Salesforce Billing with enterprise ERPs such as SAP or Oracle is a bonus.
- Familiarity with revenue recognition platforms, tax engines, and payment gateways is a bonus.
- Experience in high-volume, enterprise-scale monetization and billing environments is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end functional architecture for subscription, usage-based, and hybrid billing models within Salesforce.
- Architect high-volume data integrations between Salesforce Billing and downstream ERP, revenue recognition, tax, and payment platforms.
- Translate business requirement epics into functional specifications, user stories, and technical blueprints in an agile environment.
- Collaborate with finance, revenue operations, and engineering stakeholders to align billing outputs with financial controls.
- Troubleshoot and optimize invoice generation, proration logic, and system synchronization processes.
