Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce configuration experience.
- 3+ years of Apex development experience.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Salesforce NPSP and Nonprofit Cloud.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components development.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- At least 3 years of consulting or business analysis experience.
- Working knowledge of nonprofit-sector challenges.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
- Experience with ClickUp and Slack; ClickUp is preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and Administrator certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, and test classes.
- Create and maintain Lightning Web Components and Aura components.
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.
- Debug and optimize existing code, and maintain CI/CD processes.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce platforms, including Flow automations and process builders.
- Manage user roles, security settings, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
- Provide technical support and training to end users, and manage data quality.
- Collaborate on solution design, discovery, requirements gathering, and systems testing.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide technical recommendations to clients and the project team.
