Requirements
- Bring 12+ years of US cardiovascular device sales experience.
- Have at least 5 years in a sales leadership role at Regional/Area Director level or above.
- Have a demonstrable personal network among EP/CSP opinion leaders and implanting physicians.
- Bring a track record of launching new technology or opening a new indication, not solely managing a mature franchise.
- Have experience with capital and disposable sales models.
- Have experience with hospital value analysis and GPO/IDN contracting.
- Be comfortable creating the plan, executing it, and hiring with limited infrastructure.
- Established relationships with structural heart/TAVR operators are strongly preferred.
- Prior experience at a venture-backed device company through its first US launch is preferred.
- Familiarity with cardiac imaging, including CT-based planning, or mapping systems is preferred.
- Prior marketing ownership is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present the US commercial strategy, operating plan, and budget for approval.
- Lead the US commercial launch and initial sales effort, then build the sales organization.
- Identify, open, and close initial TAVR and EP/CSP centers; manage capital and per-procedure commercial models.
- Recruit, train, and manage a focused sales force, and define territories and compensation with the CEO.
- Lead hospital contracting, value-analysis committees, and GPO/IDN engagement with Commercial Operations.
- Define positioning and messaging for interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and hospital administration audiences.
- Plan and execute presence at TCT, HRS, ACC, and relevant CSP and structural-heart meetings.
- Maintain relationships with TAVR and EP/CSP opinion leaders and secure early adopters, podium presence, and clinical champions.
- Build forecast, pipeline, and CRM discipline; report monthly to the CEO and share market feedback with R&D and regulatory.
