Requirements
- Have 8–15 years of professional sales experience.
- Have 3–5+ years of experience in a formal leadership role.
- Bring experience in B2B SaaS, automotive technology, and/or selling into collision repair and automotive service environments.
- Demonstrate success as a quota-carrying sales leader with a player-coach approach.
- Show a track record of building structure, process, and accountability in a scaling organization.
- Have experience managing direct sales and partner- or channel-driven revenue models.
- Bring strong CRM discipline and a data-driven management approach; HubSpot is preferred.
- Be comfortable operating in a private equity-backed, high-accountability environment.
- Be available for regular travel for customer engagements, field sales support, partner development, and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and close strategic opportunities while carrying and exceeding an individual quota.
- Lead consultative sales across the full cycle with collision centers, MSOs, and automotive service providers.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop sales talent.
- Set expectations for pipeline, conversion, and bookings, and conduct pipeline reviews and deal inspections.
- Work with the Partnerships leader to convert partner-driven demand and align partner pipeline with field execution.
- Own and improve the end-to-end sales process, CRM usage, and pipeline hygiene.
- Build forecasting and pipeline coverage models, and partner with Finance on revenue planning and performance tracking.
- Partner with Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and sales enablement.
- Provide market feedback on pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success on customer onboarding and adoption.
