Requirements
- Hold FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
- Have 5+ years of experience in investment sales, wholesaling, financial services, or business development.
- Understand alternative investments, private placements, and advisor distribution channels.
- Demonstrate success meeting or exceeding sales and relationship management goals.
- Bring communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with warehouse and independent broker-dealer channels is preferred.
- Existing advisor relationships and established networks are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve or exceed sales and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors, broker-dealers, RIAs, and distribution partners.
- Conduct advisor meetings, educational presentations, and client engagement events.
- Identify and cultivate business opportunities within assigned territories and channels.
- Provide market insights, investment updates, and product education in accordance with FINRA and compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, compliance, and leadership to support consistent messaging and advisor support.
- Track activity, manage the pipeline, and maintain advisor communications in CRM systems.
- Represent Exemplar Companies at conferences, networking events, and industry meetings.
- Support strategic growth initiatives and advisor engagement through cross-functional partnership.
