Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Have fluent English proficiency.
  • Have 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing execution, lead nurture, email marketing, direct mail, or digital campaign management.
  • Have experience managing multi-channel campaigns from planning through launch and performance analysis.
  • Bring project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Have experience with audience segmentation, content development, campaign testing, and quality assurance.
  • Be able to analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Be familiar with customer journey optimization, UX/UI principles, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Have experience working with agencies, vendors, sales teams, and internal business partners.
  • Knowledge of marketing compliance and brand-review processes is preferred.
  • Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end lead-nurture campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and other customer touchpoints.
  • Coordinate audience segmentation, campaign setup, creative deployment, scheduling, testing, quality assurance, and launch.
  • Optimize customer journeys through personalization, messaging, timing, and channel coordination.
  • Develop B2C acquisition content and B2B sales-enablement materials from concept through production.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver campaigns accurately, on time, and within budget.
  • Validate campaign targeting, content, tracking, brand alignment, and regulatory compliance before launch.
  • Monitor engagement, lead progression, quote completion, conversion, and marketing ROI.
  • Translate campaign data and customer insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop test-and-learn plans to improve messaging, response rates, and customer experiences.
  • Create performance reports and present campaign results, key learnings, and optimization opportunities to stakeholders.
