Requirements

Have 4+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Coordinator, or Project Manager within an engineering or product organization.
Demonstrate strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Have experience setting and communicating standards for engineering teams.
Have hands-on experience with GitHub, Confluence, and Jira.
Have strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical details for engineering and business stakeholders.
Have experience project-managing a workstream, initiative, or small team.
Be self-directed and comfortable building processes from scratch.
Have advanced English proficiency.
Be based in LATAM.
Datadog experience or the ability to quickly understand and document Datadog-based dashboards is a bonus.
Jellyfish experience or willingness to ramp up quickly is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Support the Program Manager during a major re-platforming initiative.
Help build the infrastructure for the client’s new Program Office.
Organize and track multiple engineering workstreams.
Standardize technical documentation and engineering-team standards.
Maintain program plans and RAID logs.
Track developer activity and proficiency.
Document metrics and monitor timelines, progress, and blockers.
Translate technical information into clear documentation and actionable insights for technical and business teams.
