- Have demonstrable relevant medical writing experience within a medical communications agency.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Be able to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
- Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Be able to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects and take ownership of their scientific and editorial components.
- Produce scientific written materials in keeping with project briefs.
- Edit and proofread writing from other team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Review and interpret data from preclinical and clinical research articles.
- Keep current with medical developments and conduct literature searches to support accurate medical information.
- Participate in client meetings and teleconferences, and attend scientific meetings as required.
- Synthesize clinical trial data and communicate its relevance to physician and consumer audiences according to client requirements.
