Requirements

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, management, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrate advanced written and spoken English.
  • Have strong experience with Google Sheets or Google Spreadsheets.
  • Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show attention to detail and the ability to work with data and operational metrics.
  • Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Take ownership and initiative, and be comfortable working independently on projects from planning through execution.
  • Be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new responsibilities.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
  • SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day campaign operations across US/CA markets and work with local teams to execute campaigns according to plan.
  • Monitor campaign timelines, operational requirements, key deliverables, and budgets.
  • Coordinate logistics between cities and ensure teams have the resources they need.
  • Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate replenishment.
  • Track operational KPIs, maintain accurate data, and update dashboards and trackers using Google Sheets.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and prepare regular updates for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and support field teams, provide operational guidance to team members and trainees, and communicate with clients.
  • Identify operational issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them; support market and campaign launches.
  • Own operational projects from planning through execution and work with senior management on planning and process improvements.
  • Support new tools and processes, technology rollouts, and recruitment and onboarding activities when required.
