Requirements
- Have 6+ months of experience in email marketing, CRM, or retention.
- Have experience with ESP platforms; Brevo or Customer.io experience is a plus.
- Have experience with basic user segmentation.
- Have experience building and launching promotional campaigns and working with a content calendar.
- Have basic HTML email coding and drag-and-drop editing skills.
- Use Google Sheets or Excel confidently for data collection, formatting, and basic reporting formulas.
- Pay attention to detail when following rules and checklists, including brand templates, tracking links, and GEO adaptations.
- Have basic English for working with foreign sources, including holidays, dates by GEO, and references.
Responsibilities
- Build email campaigns in Customer.io and Brevo using drag-and-drop tools and HTML.
- Formulate hypotheses for A/B tests, analyze results, and work to improve conversion.
- Prepare briefs for designers on banners, tests, and templates.
- Handle the technical migration of email campaigns to new domains.
- Prepare reports and work with metrics.
- Research holidays and dates by GEO for weekly and monthly content planning.
