Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • At least 8 years of experience in software integration, including delivery of complex integration initiatives.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience managing, motivating, developing, and retaining technical teams.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies, protocols, and standards, including APIs, ETL, messaging queues, and middleware.
  • Understanding of healthcare environments, particularly Medicaid and Medicare Advantage.
  • Project management expertise, including Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Asana.
  • Experience assessing the impact of organizational and technology changes and defining readiness activities.
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare or financial services is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute integration strategies connecting enterprise systems, applications, and business processes.
  • Lead and mentor integration specialists, engineers, analysts, and other technical professionals.
  • Develop and maintain an integration roadmap covering priorities, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and resources.
  • Partner with IT, engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, scope projects, and align solutions with business objectives.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of integration platforms, tools, technologies, and standards.
  • Manage integration projects from planning through delivery, including staffing, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor project performance, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and resource utilization, and address risks and issues.
  • Establish relationships with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders to support delivery and innovation.
  • Report project progress, financial performance, resource needs, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.
  • Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives, and manage assigned budgets and performance indicators.
