Requirements
- Have 7 or more years of experience designing, implementing, administering, or consulting on Atlassian solutions.
- Bring strong hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Service Management.
- Have experience designing service management solutions based on ITIL or comparable practices.
- Demonstrate experience with workflows, request types, forms, queues, SLAs, automation, permissions, notifications, dashboards, and reporting.
- Have experience with Assets, CMDB design, configuration management, and asset lifecycle management.
- Have experience leading discovery, requirements analysis, solution design, and technical implementation.
- Have experience integrating Atlassian products with identity, collaboration, monitoring, business, and enterprise systems.
- Understand APIs, webhooks, data mapping, authentication, and integration patterns.
- Be able to create architecture documents, process diagrams, data models, implementation plans, and technical proposals.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Be able to manage competing priorities across sales, delivery, engineering, and client teams.
- Preferred: Atlassian certifications or experience with Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, Jira Operations, Atlassian Guard, Forge, ScriptRunner, REST APIs, and Automation for Jira.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and solution design with client stakeholders.
- Translate business, technical, and operational requirements into scalable Atlassian solutions.
- Design Jira and Jira Service Management projects, workflows, SLAs, permissions, automation, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop Assets and CMDB data models, object schemas, lifecycle processes, and governance standards.
- Define integration architectures across Atlassian products and enterprise applications.
- Support sales pursuits, proposals, demonstrations, estimates, and technical presentations.
- Provide technical leadership for implementation, migration, configuration, integration, and testing.
- Lead data migration planning, mapping, transformation, validation, and cutover activities.
- Assess existing Atlassian environments and recommend architecture, governance, performance, security, and usability improvements.
- Mentor Atlassian administrators, consultants, engineers, and junior architects.
