Job Details

Have 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Demonstrate strong Python and SQL skills and write production code.
Have hands-on experience building and operating data pipelines or system integrations in a production environment.
Be comfortable working directly with external customers or stakeholders, including running technical discovery calls and managing expectations.
Have experience with REST APIs, webhooks, SFTP, or similar data exchange patterns.
Be able to explain technical problems clearly to non-technical audiences.
Bring initiative in ambiguous environments, including the ability to investigate unfamiliar systems and documentation independently.
Experience with healthcare data standards such as HL7 or FHIR, or EHR/ERP systems, is a plus.
Familiarity with healthcare supply chain or hospital operations is a plus.
Prior early-stage startup experience is a plus.

Lead technical discovery sessions with hospital IT and supply chain teams to understand source systems, data structures, and integration requirements.
Design, build, and own production data pipelines that ingest and transform customer data into Clarium's platform.
Troubleshoot integration failures in live customer environments, including schema mismatches, authentication issues, and upstream data quality problems.
Build reusable connectors and integration patterns to reduce onboarding time for future customers.
Partner with product and engineering teams to translate field learnings into platform improvements.
Maintain documentation and runbooks so integrations are supportable at scale.
Communicate integration status, risks, and timelines to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
