Requirements
- Have 1–3 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Bring a finance or accounting background; this is preferred.
- Demonstrate advanced Excel proficiency, including formulas, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, and complex models.
- Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Be able to engage in professional conversations with customers, manage expectations, and guide customers toward positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with existing customers to design and implement additional products.
- Serve as the technical expert on the product suite and help customers get more value from their investment.
- Advise customers on best practices for financial processes and reporting within the Datarails ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations on strategic initiatives and roadmap development.
- Maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, including Controllers, Directors of Finance, and CFOs.
- Develop and iterate on internal playbooks, resources, and processes for add-on product engagements.
