Requirements
- Have senior-level experience in Java development with Spring Boot, Angular, and Node.js.
- Know AWS cloud architecture and application deployment.
- Have command of modern architectures and practices, including microservices, events, queues, CI/CD, and TDD.
- Be familiar with Jira, Confluence, and Miro for documentation and collaboration.
- Have experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Communicate effectively with business and technology teams.
- Apply analytical ability and critical judgment to assess requests and translate them into solutions.
- Experience or familiarity with agentic SDLC and using AI to accelerate development is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build the HCL portal modernization solution using Angular, Node.js, and Spring Boot for AWS, from architecture through tested code.
- Contribute to mapping the current environment and defining the target architecture with the architect.
- Gather, document, and refine functional and non-functional requirements with business and technology teams using Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Build, customize, and orchestrate agents, skills, subagents, commands, and harnesses to accelerate application development and reuse them across the team.
- Apply microservices, event-driven systems, queues, CI/CD, TDD, and automation to build and evaluate software solutions.
- Translate functional requirements into viable, simple, and scalable technical solutions, avoiding over-engineering.
- Evaluate solutions, agents, and skills with evals, tests, and red teaming for hallucinations, injections, and adversarial behavior.
- Apply Scrum and Kanban, track and document activities, and propose continuous improvements.
