Requirements
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and caregivers.
- Listen actively and help people feel at ease during difficult or emotional conversations.
- Stay highly organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple patients at different stages.
- Be comfortable learning Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, and CRMs such as HubSpot.
- Be willing to learn new software quickly.
- Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support is welcome but not required.
Responsibilities
- Guide older adults and their caregivers through the intake process.
- Serve as an initial point of contact for patients and families reaching out to Sailor Health.
- Coordinate patients at different stages of the intake process.
- Help match new patients with the right therapist.
- Support patients as they navigate the process of entering care.
