Requirements

- Be comfortable learning tools such as Google Workspace, EHR platforms, or CRMs.
- Be willing to learn new software quickly.
- Healthcare, customer service, or administrative support experience is welcome but not required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and their families as their first point of contact with Sailor Health.
- Guide older adults and caregivers through the intake process.
- Provide support and emotional guidance during patient conversations.
- Coordinate care as patients move through the intake process.
- Help match new patients with the right therapist.
- Keep track of multiple patients at different stages of the process.
