Requirements
- Have strong professional experience developing with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service and Cloud Manager.
- Build AEM components with HTL/Sightly, author dialogs using Granite/Coral UI, and use Sling Models to expose data to HTL.
- Understand the AEM Project Archetype and Maven-based project structure, including ui.config, core, and ui.frontend modules.
- Have advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, SASS/LESS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Have experience creating responsive, cross-browser interfaces with strong attention to design fidelity and user experience.
- Know WCAG accessibility standards and technical SEO best practices.
- Have practical experience optimizing web performance and Core Web Vitals.
- Be familiar with at least one modern front-end framework or library, such as React or Angular.
- Have strong Git experience, including branching strategies and code-review workflows.
- Have practical knowledge of Java in AEM environments, including OSGi, Sling, and JCR.
- Understand AEM author/publish architecture, Dispatcher, caching, and REST/JSON API consumption and development.
- Translate marketing and business requirements into technical solutions and manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop AEM Sites components, templates, Content Fragments, editable templates, and Core Components.
- Build responsive, accessible, mobile-first interfaces from Figma designs.
- Optimize web performance and Core Web Vitals using techniques such as lazy loading, image optimization, critical CSS, and JavaScript reduction.
- Maintain and expand the Design System and component library.
- Develop AEM backend integrations using Servlets, Sling Models, workflows, schedulers, and REST/JSON APIs.
- Implement and validate tagging and tracking solutions using Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and dataLayer.
- Support marketing campaigns through landing-page development, A/B testing, and content personalization.
- Participate in code reviews, Git-based version control, and Cloud Manager CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Marketing, Data, and engineering stakeholders in an agile environment.
- Translate business and marketing requirements into technical solutions and own delivery through production.
