Requirements
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and Cloud Manager.
- Develop AEM components using HTL/Sightly, authoring dialogs, and Sling Models.
- Understand AEM editable templates and Core Components.
- Know the AEM Project Archetype, Maven modules, and Maven builds.
- Have a solid command of semantic HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Have experience implementing responsive, cross-browser interfaces faithful to design layouts.
- Know accessibility practices, including WCAG, and technical SEO.
- Have practical experience optimizing web performance and Core Web Vitals.
- Be familiar with at least one modern framework or library: React or Angular.
- Use Git and branch/code review workflows.
- Know Java as applied to AEM, including OSGi, Sling, and JCR.
- Understand AEM author/publish architecture, dispatcher, and caching.
- Consume and create REST/JSON APIs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve AEM Sites components, templates, and Content Fragments for marketing teams.
- Implement responsive and accessible interfaces from Figma layouts, with attention to visual detail, cross-browser behavior, and mobile-first design.
- Optimize web performance and Core Web Vitals using techniques such as lazy loading, image optimization, critical CSS, and JavaScript reduction.
- Maintain and expand the squad's Design System and component library.
- Build backend integrations in AEM using servlets, Sling Models, workflows, schedulers, and REST APIs.
- Implement and validate Adobe Analytics, GTM, and dataLayer tracking with marketing and data teams.
- Support campaigns by creating landing pages and enabling A/B tests and personalization.
- Participate in code reviews, Git versioning, and the CI/CD pipeline through Cloud Manager across environments.
- Work through the squad's agile cycle with the PO, UX, and marketing.
