Requirements
- Have proven SDR or BDR experience selling enterprise technology, such as SaaS, AI, automation, data, or analytics solutions.
- Have experience engaging senior technology or business decision-makers.
- Bring strong account research, prospecting, and outbound communication skills.
- Be able to learn technical concepts and explain their business value clearly.
- Use sound judgment when handling technical questions, including knowing when to involve a specialist.
- Have excellent spoken and written English.
- Be able to work independently in a remote, part-time role.
- Preferred: experience conducting outreach to companies in Saudi Arabia or the UAE.
- Preferred: experience selling to banks or other financial services organizations.
- Preferred: familiarity with enterprise integrations, data security, access controls, and AI governance.
- Preferred: Arabic language skills.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify suitable companies, initially focusing on banks, trading firms, brokers, and insurance companies, alongside process automation and analytics opportunities across industries.
- Build prospect lists based on agreed customer profiles and company qualification criteria.
- Reach CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data/AI Officers, Heads of Digital Transformation, CISOs, Heads of Enterprise Architecture, and COOs.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
- Adapt messaging to each prospect’s industry, role, and business needs.
- Explain platform capabilities accurately, including integrations, security, access control, and AI governance.
- Identify potential use cases, such as KYC automation, finance dashboards, procurement workflows, and service desk automation.
- Qualify prospects’ needs, current systems, decision-making process, and buying timeline.
- Book qualified discovery meetings and provide clear handover notes to the account management team.
- Maintain accurate prospect records and share feedback on messaging, objections, and market response.
