Job Details

Have at least 5 years of commercial UI design experience.
Bring documented, practical experience designing for business banking, including SME or corporate clients.
Have experience designing fintech or banking products for both web and mobile platforms.
Understand products such as bank accounts, business packages or plans, and investment products.
Provide a polished, user-oriented portfolio; submitting a portfolio is required for application consideration.
Be proficient in Figma, Protopie, and Framer.
Have a strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Have practical experience with design systems and component-based approaches.
Be able to create motion design, animations, and microinteractions.
Be comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Bring analytical ability, creative problem-solving, and strong attention to detail.
Be fluent in spoken and written English.
HTML, CSS, and general knowledge of front-end application construction are an advantage.
Experience with AI-supported design tools is an advantage.

Lead and maintain consistency and documentation for the design system across retail and corporate banking.
Design pixel-perfect interfaces for web and mobile banking applications.
Create interactive prototypes, visual concepts, and comprehensive style guides.
Collaborate closely with UX Designers to deliver consistent, usable digital banking experiences.
Work with development teams to verify technical feasibility and ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Promote accessibility principles and responsive-design practices.
Track current UI design trends, tools, and technologies.
