Requirements
- Have several years of professional software development experience, particularly with Python.
- Know REST APIs, FastAPI-based microservices and asynchronous services.
- Have experience integrating LLMs and working with natural language processing (NLP), machine learning models and MLOps.
- Have experience serving ML models in production and monitoring them.
- Be proficient with PostgreSQL, BigQuery and data pipelines.
- Have implemented cloud-based solutions using Docker and CI/CD, with system monitoring and observability.
- Apply software engineering practices including Clean Code, TDD and automated testing.
- Have Polish language proficiency at minimum C1 and English at minimum B2.
- A degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or a related field is an advantage.
- German language skills are an advantage.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend and ML solutions across the full lifecycle, from idea through implementation and maintenance.
- Help shape software architecture, particularly integrations involving LLM and ML solutions.
- Support technology decision-making.
- Review code, pair program and use automated tests to help ensure solution quality.
- Collaborate with team members and partner teams developing frontend and backend components.
- Advise on monitoring, maintenance and operation of cloud-based ML models and microservices.
