Job Details

Have at least 7 years of experience programming in Java and/or Kotlin.
Have at least 2 years of documented experience as a senior developer.
Have practical experience with the Spring Framework.
Have experience designing and implementing microservices architecture.
Have experience integrating external systems, for example through REST, messaging, or webhooks.
Have practical experience with AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor.
Have experience using and running software on cloud services such as GCP or AWS.
Have experience delivering high-quality software using TDD and CI/CD.
Have experience working effectively in an agile project environment.
Know Polish at C1, German at B2/C1, and English at B2.
Terraform, Kafka, SQL databases, and experience working with international teams are additional advantages.

Develop backend software using Java or Kotlin.
Design and implement microservices.
Build REST APIs and integrations with external systems.
Develop and maintain advanced applications using cloud solutions.
Deliver software with attention to code quality, availability, security, performance, scalability, and long-term reliability.
Use AI tools to support software development in daily work.
Take responsibility for the quality and results of delivered technology solutions.
Collaborate with dmTECH specialists and dm teams on technology solutions.
