Requirements
- Have at least 8 years of commercial PHP experience.
- Have at least 6 years of experience working with Magento 2 as a backend developer.
- Have strong knowledge of PHP, Magento, and Symfony 6+.
- Be able to diagnose performance issues and optimize applications.
- Have experience integrating external systems, including ERP, PIM, and payment systems.
- Have practical knowledge of RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch, and Varnish.
- Have experience with Docker and Docker Swarm.
- Have practical CI/CD experience with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Be able to prepare and maintain development, test, and production environments.
- Have administrative-level Linux knowledge, including Ubuntu or Debian, and experience configuring Nginx web servers.
- Have experience with application monitoring and logging tools: New Relic, Graylog, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Have basic knowledge of Ansible.
- Have experience with Gitflow and/or GitHub Flow and maintaining automated PHPUnit tests.
- Be able to work with Agile/Scrum methods and estimate and plan complex development projects.
- Take technical ownership, make architectural decisions, and mentor less experienced developers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Magento 2 platforms and applications based on Symfony.
- Design backend architecture and system integrations.
- Estimate and plan development work.
- Maintain applications in production environments.
- Optimize application and infrastructure performance.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes.
- Analyze and resolve production problems.
- Support the team with development best practices and code quality.
- Participate in technology decisions and the technical roadmap.
