Requirements

  • Bring 7–10+ years of product management experience.
  • Have at least 3+ years in a leadership or people management role within Fintech, B2B SaaS, or Small Business (SMB) Lending.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of small business lending and fintech, including the B2B sales cycle and merchant acquisition.
  • Have experience optimizing the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Show a proven track record managing Growth or Acquisition product teams.
  • Bring experience optimizing sales funnels and working with marketing technology and CRM or sales-enablement tools, such as the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Be comfortable using AI tools and eager to explore AI in go-to-market strategies and product features.
  • Understand technical constraints and how to evaluate technical debt against new features.
  • Have experience managing complex third-party SaaS and API integrations.
  • Be able to gain buy-in for product vision, resolve stakeholder disagreements, and lead across engineering, design, and revenue-facing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision for the acquisition funnel and translate company strategy into product priorities.
  • Assess the financial impact of product decisions and identify market opportunities.
  • Lead user research and discovery, using personas and journey maps to advocate for merchants and improve onboarding.
  • Design and run A/B and multivariate tests, track product metrics, and use insights to optimize conversion rates.
  • Use AI in daily workflows and explore AI applications for sales and acquisition strategies.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, establish product routines and scalable processes, and improve execution speed.
  • Set strategy and manage the roadmap for third-party and API integrations with lead-generation partners.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Product, Decisioning & Underwriting and cross-functional stakeholders on the end-to-end merchant journey.
  • Lead and develop Product Owners and Business Analysts, establish KPIs, share knowledge, and build team capabilities.
