Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Bring strong analytical skills and the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Be comfortable using SQL or Python.
- Have a track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Communicate findings clearly and persuasively, including to leadership-level stakeholders.
- Use SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytical function end-to-end for an assigned business unit in growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
- Clarify the business question an analysis should answer and the decision it should inform.
- Define metrics, build reports, and run analyses.
- Design experiments and surface insights that move business-unit metrics.
- Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts.
- Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and what next steps to take.
