Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for Norwegian-speaking clients with international delivery and supply chain inquiries.
- Monitor and manage logistical transit data to support timely delivery of goods.
- Provide solutions to delivery issues and coordinate between warehouses, carriers, and end customers.
- Address logistics-sector queries by phone, email, and live chat.
- Use supply chain software to track shipments and resolve discrepancies in real time.
- Document service interactions and provide feedback to improve logistical efficiency.
