Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Have one to three years of previous work experience in the business or IT field.
Bring 1–3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, data or business analytics, or software/IT; internships and co-ops count.
Have functional knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, close and consolidation, and/or account reconciliation.
Have solid Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
Have working knowledge of MS Office.
Demonstrate strong quantitative and analytical thinking and the ability to work with numbers, budgets, or structured data.
Have clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to summarize findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
Be organized and detail-oriented when managing multiple tasks or deadlines.
Work collaboratively in team environments and interface with clients.

Participate in business and technical analysis and solution development.
Contribute across the project lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and training.
Help develop solutions for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects.
