Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of product design experience.
- Have 5+ years of experience with Figma.
- Demonstrate expert-level Figma skills and a systemized approach to design.
- Be fluent in Auto Layout, components, variants, and styles.
- Have a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of shipped product work.
- Be comfortable working autonomously and with ambiguity, including as the only designer embedded in a unit.
- Show a bias toward speed and a fail-fast mindset, with judgment about when decisions require more rigor.
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and be able to make and defend design decisions in a remote, async team.
- Be comfortable using AI tools in daily work.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end UX and UI for Reveal products across desktop and mobile, from problem framing through build-ready design.
- Partner with product management and engineering as co-owners of the experience.
- Present design rationale and tradeoffs to product, engineering, and leadership.
- Drive and understand the design north star while making rapid progress and delivering results.
- Build domain fluency through questions, independent research, and direct exposure to users.
- Travel occasionally to gain direct exposure to users.
- Use shared components and tokens from the design system where appropriate.
- Contribute new components and tokens to the shared design system.
