Requirements
- Have professional experience in graphic design, social media design, content design, or a similar creative role.
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating high-quality social media or digital design work.
- Have experience designing content for Instagram and/or LinkedIn.
- Understand layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Work effectively from existing creative direction, brand guidelines, and brand assets.
- Produce content consistently and at volume.
- Organize and manage a creative backlog.
- Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately.
- Preferred: strong experience with Figma.
- Preferred: experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Preferred: experience designing social media carousels and working with established brand systems.
Responsibilities
- Design Instagram and LinkedIn posts, graphics, and multi-slide carousels.
- Turn existing photography and brand assets into finished social creative.
- Translate provided creative direction into polished designs.
- Maintain consistent typography, layout, imagery, and visual hierarchy across content.
- Adapt creative for different social formats and placements.
- Maintain a backlog of completed content ready to publish.
- Manage multiple creative requests and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Organize design files and creative assets.
- Prepare finished assets in appropriate formats for social publishing.
