Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in treasury management and/or the finance industry.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Have strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.
- Understand cash flow concepts and principles.
- Have strong Excel, data management, and analytical skills.
- Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus.
- Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple objectives at once.
- Be able to communicate financial concepts to business leaders orally and in writing.
Responsibilities
- Manage cash and analyze capital usage, including forecasting daily and weekly cash flow.
- Prepare transaction requests, reconcile activity, and monitor facility compliance.
- Support loan sales by preparing, reviewing, and executing trades as directed.
- Maintain internal and external treasury and capital partner reporting.
- Use analysis and business acumen to provide insight and recommendations on improving business performance.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting materials for internal and external stakeholders.
