Requirements
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
- Product craft in interaction design, design systems, animation, state management, and responsive UI.
- Comfort working across Python/Django, APIs, backend services, data models, jobs, and platform constraints.
- Ability to shape the systems behind an interface, not only consume them.
- Use AI engineering tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar systems while understanding and carefully reviewing shipped code.
- Ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated code, abstractions, tests, and solutions.
- Experience or demonstrated judgment with contracts, interfaces, failure modes, permissions, observability, and lifecycle.
- Ability to translate customer workflows and needs into product decisions.
- Ability to explain problems and tradeoffs clearly in writing.
- Experience building design-heavy enterprise SaaS, workflow tools, developer tools, data products, internal tools, agent systems, or complex customer-facing products is relevant.
Responsibilities
- Create usable interfaces for complex workflows, including design systems, motion, dense information displays, stateful tools, and interaction patterns.
- Build customer experiences for running, guiding, inspecting, approving, and recovering AI workflows.
- Create interaction patterns for approvals, parameter review, result inspection, and exception handling.
- Make distributed AI workflows understandable by showing what ran, what changed, what failed, why it failed, and possible next steps.
- Build reusable components, interaction patterns, and state models to support product coherence.
- Work across React, TypeScript, APIs, backend services, and platform contracts to configure, run, inspect, debug, and reuse AI workflows.
- Build interfaces for permission-aware search, indexed customer data, result inspection, citations, and confidence.
- Turn backend capabilities into product primitives that customers and internal teams can use.
