Job Details

Have senior or specialist-level experience working with financial or banking systems.
Bring experience from banks, fintechs, financial institutions, or banking software providers, preferably.
Have strong knowledge of banking processes, including accounting, current accounts, collections, taxation, treasury, credit operations, and regulatory reporting.
Have experience with Core Banking, financial systems, or accounting platforms.
Have strong Microsoft SQL Server knowledge, including analysis of Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, and Triggers.
Have experience analyzing large data sets and investigating complex system or data-related issues.
Have experience gathering requirements and performing systems analysis.
Know integrations, APIs, solution architecture, and batch processes.
Hold a bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field.
Bring analytical capabilities, autonomy, ownership, and problem-solving skills, and collaborate effectively with technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
AUTBANK experience is a plus; familiarity with Matera, Topaz, or FitBank is also advantageous.
Advanced SQL Server knowledge, performance tuning, C#/.NET, ETL, Web Services, or messaging are valuable differentiators.
Postgraduate studies in Finance, Banking Technology, or Project Management are a plus.

Serve as a subject-matter expert across banking system modules, including accounting, current accounts, collections, taxation, and regulatory functions.
Perform functional and technical analysis of banking and financial systems, supporting operations and system evolution.
Support system maintenance, enhancements, implementations, and change management across banking environments.
Investigate production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend sustainable improvements.
Analyze SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Views, Jobs, integrations, and large data sets to identify issues and support solutions.
Document and improve financial and operational processes.
Collaborate with technology providers and vendors to investigate and resolve complex system issues.
Support Operations, Accounting, Tax, Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting teams with technical and functional expertise.
Participate in projects to implement and evolve financial products and banking solutions.
Produce technical and functional documentation and support development and business teams in defining solutions.
