Requirements
- Have 3+ years in investor relations, FP&A or financial reporting at a listed company or large corporate.
- Have deep hands-on PowerPoint experience, including native charts, tables and corporate templates.
- Be able to define a correct deck precisely enough for another person to grade.
- Write tasks yourself, without AI tools.
- Write the brief and rubric without AI drafting, rewriting or polishing.
- Use human-authored input materials that you are authorized to share, with confidential employer or client information removed.
- Be attentive to detail and willing to learn concepts in AI and data.
Responsibilities
- Write realistic PowerPoint tasks drawn from your reporting cycle, including building decks from source documents.
- Create tasks involving corporate templates, rolling decks forward and making precise edits.
- Complete each task yourself to establish a clear, correct answer.
- Write a precise yes-or-no checklist for grading attempts.
- Submit an original task with its brief, required input files, written expected result and at least five binary rubric checks, each with one skill tag.
