Requirements
- Bring a deep background in MDR, managed security services, or a comparable high-touch B2B managed-services or SaaS environment.
- Have a track record of scaling a Customer Success team from roughly 1 to 5+ people.
- Demonstrate player-coach experience, including carrying strategic accounts and hiring and developing a team.
- Have a strong command of retention and expansion mechanics, including GRR and NRR, and the operational levers behind them.
- Bring executive presence with security leadership and be comfortable owning senior in-region relationships with enterprise CISOs.
- Have native or near-native English.
- Be based in or willing to relocate to London.
- Be flexible to work across EMEA time zones and maintain overlap with an AMER-based global team.
- Familiarity with the EMEA security and regulatory landscape, including GDPR and data-residency considerations, is a nice-to-have.
- Additional European languages are a nice-to-have.
- Exposure to Google SecOps or adjacent detection-and-response tooling is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Own named strategic EMEA accounts as the senior Customer Success point of contact, particularly during the first approximately 90 days.
- Drive onboarding, adoption, value realization, and executive alignment for MDR engagements.
- Serve as the in-region escalation point and trusted advisor for security leaders across EMEA.
- Hire, onboard, and develop the EMEA Customer Success team as the function scales.
- Run interview loops and build an in-region, in-time-zone team bench.
- Set the local operating rhythm, including QBRs, health reviews, and escalation paths, in alignment with the global Customer Success framework.
- Partner with EMEA commercial leadership on account strategy, expansion planning, and regional go-to-market.
- Represent EMEA customer needs to global Customer Success, product, and delivery teams, and partner with Project Management on onboarding delivery.
- Own regional gross revenue retention, net revenue retention, and time-to-value outcomes.
- Explain TENEX's data-residency and compliance posture in onboarding conversations with EMEA customers.
