Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of full stack engineering experience.
- Have experience developing responsive, scalable frontends, APIs, and data structures.
- Apply knowledge of algorithms and software design.
- Be proficient in Python and JavaScript.
- Have experience with cloud-based solutions such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Be familiar with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Be proficient with AI coding tools and harness development.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience at an early-stage Seed or Series A startup is a plus.
- Experience developing AI products using natural language processing, computer vision, or other machine learning techniques is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and launch resilient, high-performance web applications and secure APIs for mission-critical operator workflows.
- Process and visualize multi-source intelligence data, including social media feeds, audio streams, and geolocation telemetry.
- Partner with Product, Design, Domain SMEs, and Engineering teams to translate technical requirements into user experiences for national security analysts.
- Deploy alongside tactical operators to build, validate, and optimize custom tools in operational contexts.
- Extend the core platform to improve data integration, low-latency performance, and scalable infrastructure across multiple products.
