Requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in Java or Golang.
- Have experience designing, building, and operating highly available, fault-tolerant, low-latency distributed systems serving millions of users.
- Be familiar with algorithms, data structures, and coding best practices.
- Be able to investigate complex problems and get to their root causes.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Be willing to mentor colleagues and help them get unstuck.
- Take pride in building reliable, high-performance software.
- Translate customer feedback into effective solutions.
- Fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities
- Work across back-end, front-end, cloud infrastructure, and test automation.
- Set high standards for internal services and open-source tools to support reliability and scalability.
- Deploy services and infrastructure changes frequently using full CI/CD pipelines in an agile environment.
- Contribute to product development from ideation and planning through execution and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and UX researchers.
- Mentor junior engineers while balancing customer delivery with coding and infrastructure standards.
- Apply problem-solving approaches and validate ideas with teammates.
- Define success for the team and the features it builds and ships.
