Requirements
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be professionally fluent in English (CERF C1 or higher).
- Be available on Mondays.
- Be able to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Be comfortable with a temporary assignment typically lasting 8–12 weeks, which may be shortened to 4 weeks or extended based on business needs.
- Have a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
- Have home internet with at least 30 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload, and 100 ms ping or less.
- Use cable, fiber, or DSL internet; mobile broadband, hotspot, satellite, and point-to-point connections are not accepted.
- Use WiFi only if stable; a wired connection is required if WiFi becomes unstable.
- Be proficient using browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari, and able to learn and use multiple systems, windows, and monitors.
- Be able to enroll in and use Multi-Factor Authentication via Okta with Microsoft Authenticator.
- Complete and pass CLEAR identity verification as part of pre-employment screening.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Support customers via voice and chat using Amazon Connect.
- Resolve customer issues using Amazon Connect and Connect Assistant, following defined call flows.
- Deliver customer support with empathy, patience, and clear communication.
- Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-ups.
- Collaborate with teammates and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement.
